The state energy company SOCAR's fueling vessel has begun the refueling of yachts, boats and sailboats in Kiev on the Dnieper River, SOCAR said on May 20.

According to the company, the fueling station opened at the Azimut yacht club. Its favorable location allows quickly and safely refueling yachts, boats, motor boats and jet skis.

Two ships can be refueled at the station at the same time with "Nano" diesel fuel and A-95 petrol "Nano". In general, its reservoirs contain 67 cubic meters of oil products, which allows fueling several large vessels without bunkering.

The non-self propelled refueling vessel Baku-1 operating under the SOCAR brand was first launched on August 27, 2011. The vessel, which works during the navigation period from May to September, is intended to supply small-sized water vehicles with petrol and diesel fuel.

SOCAR is the only producer of oil products in the country and also owns gas-filling stations in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine and Romania. SOCAR has a network of gas stations in Switzerland as well.

Thirty-four gas stations operate under the SOCAR brand in Kiev, Odessa, Lviv, Nikolaevsk and Rovensk regions of Ukraine. SOCAR Ukraine plans to increase the number of gas stations in Ukraine under the company's brand to 100 in 2013.

SOCAR has representative offices in Georgia, Turkey, Romania, Austria, Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Britain, Iran, Germany and Ukraine, as well as trading companies in Switzerland, Singapore, Vietnam, Nigeria and other countries.
