New director general appointed in SOCAR Georgia Petroleum

Levan Giorgadze has been appointed as the new director general of the SOCAR Georgia Petroleum LLC, subsidiary of the Azerbaijani state oil company SOCAR, the Caucasus Business Week online newspaper reported on January 16.
Giorgadze replaced in this post Davit Zubitashvili, according to the newspaper.
SOCAR Georgia Petroleum LLC is the largest importer of gasoline and diesel fuel in Georgia. The company monthly receives about 35,000 tons of oil products from Azerbaijan.
