French musician Pierre Edel, who made quite the splash when he appeared on Russia’s “The Voice” a few years ago, will perform in Baku.

The musician will perform as part of Baku Rock Fest 2016, Trend Life reported.

Pierre is widely recognized both in Europe and in the countries of the former Soviet Union for his incredible talent and enchanted voice.

He was a contestant for The Voice of France 2014, The Voice of Russia 2014 and The Voice of Ukraine 2016. He sings and plays the guitar, mostly hard rock/acoustic/blues covers of such rock legends as Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix etc.

Baku Rock Festival will be held for the first time in the country this year. The long-awaited rock fest will be held at Hotel Badamdar Hazzard on November 26.

Music bands from Azerbaijan, Russia and France will come together in the capital city to mark the diversity of rock music.

Azerbaijan will be represented by bright and talented team "Dervish Band", who will perform both original compositions and cover versions of famous songs.

The headliner of the festival will be the legendary Russian rock star, Sergey Galanin, and his band "SerGa".

Be ready to meet Artur Berkut, former lead singer of the legendary rock band "Aria", who will perform some of his biggest hits . Many surprises await you during the venue.

The four-hour musical marathon starts at 20:00
